I am a marathon runner and triathlete who has completed 13 marathons and three Ironman triathlons, many to raise money for various charities. I'm happy to finally have my bike back after being in the shop for the past 11 days ... and ... after almost two weeks of not much training due to 10-12 hour play rehearsals, followed by a week of performances ...
