Off I go to NYC with the prerequisite lack of sleep!

Still haven't packed and still have work to do before I leave for this weekend. At least I had time to get my oil changed today and even got in a two-part run - coming back from the garage after drop-off and later, returning for the pick-up. Not a long run, perhaps 25 min. in all. Enough to shake out the legs and make them worry a bit for the race this Sunday.

Stopped off at a specialty store to pick up something special for the race ... hmm ...
